Kristen Schuler Scammon, a partner at Torres, Scammon & Day, was named to the 2015 Massachusetts Super Lawyers list in the area of Criminal Defense: White Collar. This is the third consecutive year that Kristen has been named to the list. In 2013 and 2014, she was also named to the Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts list by Super Lawyers.
Kristen represents individuals and businesses in white collar litigation, including false claims, securities fraud, antitrust violations, campaign finance violations, public corruption, mail fraud and tax evasion. She also represents clients in business litigation matters, including breach of contract, consumer protection, Civil RICO and license disputes. Kristen practices in both federal and state trial courts in Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as at mediations and arbitrations. She is a member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, and the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Kristen also serves on TargetCancer Foundation, Inc.’s Board of Directors.
