She also represents clients in business litigation matters, including breach of contract, Civil RICO, consumer protection and license disputes. Scammon practices in both federal and state trial courts in Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as at mediations and arbitrations. Scammon is a member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
