Colleen Brunnick McElhinney – Of Counsel

Colleen has 20 years of experience as a business litigation attorney. With a focus on employment and commercial disputes, Colleen represents clients in all aspects of litigation. Her experience spans the entire litigation process from pre-complaint investigations and discovery through trials and appeals. Colleen has represented clients in federal and state trial courts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as mediations and arbitrations.
