Torres, Scammon, Hincks & Day is pleased to announce that Brooks Glahn has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Mr. Glahn has 15 years of experience handling complex legal issues in both trial and appellate courts. His practice focuses on appellate advocacy, complex motion practice, representing professionals before state licensing boards and health care matters. Brooks also has significant experience assisting clients in general civil litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract claims, professional liability claims and product liability suits.

Mr. Glahn has successfully argued appeals before the Supreme Judicial Court, the Appeals Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division of the District Court. Prior to joining TSH&D, he was an associate at Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman & Guekguezian, LLP and a Law Clerk to Justice Barbara Lenk and then Justice Gordon Doerfer, Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has been named to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers.
A graduate of Union College, Mr. Glahn received his J.D. from Northeastern School of Law. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
